Nisqually Delta & Nature Reserve in Tenino
Yesterday we took Jonah to the Nisqually National Wildlife Refuge. It was very cool to see the Sound has reclaimed the estuary there.
Today we walked out to the nature reserve here in Tenino. The trails offer nice places to sit beside Scatter Creek and some decent views of the wetland on the opposite end of town.
Jonah napped the entire time yesterday and today, nevertheless, I sense a deep bond with the outdoors forming. Both pictures are from Tenino.
